I'll never apologize for loving too hard, too long, too loud. I won’t even apologize for loving the wrong people. Emotional solitude is much more agonzing than the potential disappointment and pain I may experience for wrongfully loving someone – whatever shape of form that love may take; platonic or romantic. I see myself as an overflowing cup of affection and compassion. If someone is thirsty, of course they can drink out of my cup. To love and to be loved unconditionally is a privilege. A privilege that I will continue to exercise.
